Cause of Empty Popular Posts
There are 2 reasons why the Popular Post widget is empty or does not display any articles, namely:
- Blog domain does not match
Blog widgets are either automatic or manual. Especially for manual widgets, we are usually asked to change the domain name in Edit HTML so that the feature works properly. - Time span settings
A common cause is because the time span is too short. New blogs are not suitable to be set with the display time of the last 7 days. It is better to set it to ALL time since the first time you created the blog until now.
How to Change Popular Posts Time Range
- Open Blogger Dashboard
- Select Layout
- n the Most Read Or Popular Post section, select Edit
- Select All
- Press Save
Notes
- If you have thousands of articles or have been involved in the blogging world for a long time, it is better to choose a shorter time, either the last 7 days Or the last 30 days
- But if you still have few articles or are new to Blogger, you should choose Last Year Or All
- We can use Popular Posts for simple analysis to see which articles are of interest to visitors within a certain period of time.
That's How to Set Popular Posts to Appear After Changing Templates. Hopefully this short tutorial is easy to understand and useful for you.
